I have thought of buying my husband Kettlebell for christmas gift because he likes to do that kind of exercise. But I had to save some money from now on before christmas so I can buy this kettlebell for him. I remember the first month that I came here. He walk everyday to work during the summer and it's 30 minutes work, but it doesn't help his arm to build up.
